Villa Angela - Taormina

We had an incredible time enjoying the beautiful views from our balcony and relaxing in the sun on the terrace. The outdoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after exploring, and we loved sipping fresh juices during breakfast. Just a heads up, the steps to get into the town can be a workout, but it’s totally worth it for the views! 🌅

Our room had fine views, but parking was a challenge.

They provided a plentiful and traditional breakfast with a nice local wine, an amazing coffee machine, the best croissants. The location was amazing, in the outskirts of Taormina old town...

Super location, fantastic view, every room has a large terrace/balcony with views to the sea and Etna, breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, very nice staff, beautiful pool, flexible shuttleservice.

There's nothing to criticize! Price is quite high, but comparable with other accommodations.

We enjoyed performances in the open-air Greek Theatre and fantastic views of the volcano. The staff was super friendly and even organized trips for us. Don't forget the great shuttle service to explore the local area easily.

The only downside was that we couldn't get dinner options at the hotel .

came in taormina for trip, the hotel met expectation. the room was perfect and luxury, and the bathroom was large. the venue's location was remote, to the local supermarket. it was also close to the centre of taormina and return as well as both shore-side. astonishing and sensational breakfast, we greatly enjoyed vegetable and meats.

the view was excellent. Breakfast and lunch were very tasty. the staff very friendly.

This hotel suits me perfectly! It offers a fantastic swimming pool, free wi-fi, and air conditioning. I remember how the staff helped me find a valuable item during my first visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free experience. I'm definitely coming back for a business trip!

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The breakfast room and the choices were good. We liked having the pool, though the water was awfully cold. Nice hotel all in all.

Do recommend for a stopover

Very nice hotel, fine location with amazing views of Mount Etna and the surrounding area, complemented by excellent service from the friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with restaurant bookings and shuttle arrangements.

Great friendly service and advice from Katharine & her team from initial booking of our holiday, through to departure. Hotel Villa Angela is in a lovely location, up the hill outside town (not in walking distance) but don't be put off by that as there is easy access by hotel shuttle bus to the central part of town with it's shops & restaurants.Times are arranged beforehand with reception but you can call to change pick up times if you need to. Hotel will also arrange a shuttle for you to the nearby beaches, the minibus will pick you up and bring you back - you pay 10 euros for it but that also includes sunbeds for the day which we thought was good value. We stayed in the Etna Suite which was lovely, well equiped and spacious. Nice pool although we spent most of our time on the beach. Breakfast typically continental but all very fresh. All in all a very chilled out and relaxed place with top class service. My friends & I would all highly recommended it and definitely stay there again.

Only minor things that would have made it absolutely perfect and in no way would prevent me from staying there again. Would have liked tea & coffee making facilities in the room. And a shower room to change in after checkout if there are no spare rooms. The only place to have a wash in is the toilets - they're spacious enough but not quite the same as being able to shower especially after you've spent the day on the beach. Beds are quite firm which will suit many people but a mattress topper would have made it more comfy for me (but that's just personal taste!).

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel villa Angela, The staff are really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. The Balcony was very spacious. The maids always cleaned the room to a hight standard. The shuttle service was great as it was a long climb back to the hotel.

I just missed not having tea making facilities for in the morning in my room, all though you can order room service, but did not want to bother the staff so early.
